Andrew P. Rosen is an associate at Fine and Staud, LLC, representing clients in matters involving auto, truck & bus accidents, personal injury, slip & falls/premises liability, workers’ compensation, product liability, and construction accidents.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Gary S. Glazer in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas – Commerce Division. In that role, Andrew assisted and advised the judge by conducting legal research, preparing bench memoranda, and drafting judicial opinions on a variety of cases. After his fellowship with Judge Glazer, Andrew worked for a Philadelphia firm where he gained extensive experience representing businesses as well as individuals in all phases of the litigation process.
In 2014, Andrew graduated from the University of Miami School of Law where he participated in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition and helped to beautify the Miami River Greenway as
part of his work with University of Miami Law’s HOPE Public Interest Resource Center. Prior to law school, Andrew graduated cum laude from New York University in 2011, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture & Communications from the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, and held several internship positions at Sony Music Entertainment.
